Mini Pizzas

Ingredients:
1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuits
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
Italian seasoning or dried oregano (optional)

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the refrigerated biscuits and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Gently flatten each biscuit into a round disc using your fingers or a rolling pin, creating a mini pizza crust.
Spread about a tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each flattened biscuit, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each mini pizza.
Add your desired toppings such as pepperoni, sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, etc.
Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning or dried oregano on top for added flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the biscuits are golden brown.
Remove the mini pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
