Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, scrubbed and dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
Cut the potatoes into thin strips or wedges, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick, and place them in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
Pour the seasoned oil mixture over the potato strips in the bowl and toss until the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Arrange the seasoned potato strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not crowded.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, turning the fries halfway through the baking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Once done, remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle them with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Serve the Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries hot and enjoy as a delightful snack or side dish!
