Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
3 cups crisp rice cereal
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, corn syrup, and confectioners’ sugar.
Gradually add the crisp rice cereal to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together, stirring until smooth.
Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate mixture, coating them evenly.
Place the coated balls back on the waxed paper-lined baking sheets and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
